By signing up and/or paying for the training and testing you are agreeing to abide by the terms and protocols of NEMAC. You will not share, disseminate, or copy any materials from our site or from safe-certified.com as they are proprietary and copyrighted.
Access to training and testing
You are only allowed access to our training and testing by creating a login and password at www.safe-certified.com/nemac. If you are an owner or manager of a facility/school you must have each member create a login and password to see the material. Material may be copied and studied, but must not be shared.
In order for all staff/volunteers/instructors to be listed on the safe-certified site they must turn in their test via upload or email to Safe-Certified. All persons listed will have to pay for such material, testing, and certification. School owners/managers are able to get a bundle discount.
Your agreement
By using, signing up, subscribing, or paying, you agree to pay for services such as training, testing, and certification from NEMAC and Safe-Certified.
You agree to hold harmless NEMAC, Safe-Certified, its officers, owners, and employees from any perceived damages brought about by using the services provided, any website outages, loss of data, or any downtime as technical issues arise from time to time.
Copyright and use of materials
All materials are proprietary and copyrighted by NEMAC and Safe-Certified. Materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial study by the registered account holder only. You may copy materials for your own study, but you may not share, adapt, redistribute, resell, or publish them in any form, in whole or in part, with or without attribution, without prior written permission from NEMAC.
Conduct
During any correspondence with NEMAC, Safe-Certified, its owners, officers, or employees, you must refrain from hate speech and vulgar or distasteful language of any kind, and be respectful to all other members.
Account violations
We reserve the right to disable user accounts for any violations, and you could be placed on a noncompliant list.
