By signing up and/or paying for the training and testing you are agreeing to abide by the terms and protocols of NEMAC. You will not share, disseminate, or copy any materials from our site or from safe-certified.com as they are proprietary and copyrighted. You are only allowed access to our training and testing by creating a login and password at www.safe-certified.com/nemac . If you are an owner or manager of a facility/school you must have each member create a login and password to see the material. Material may be copied and studied, but must not be shared. In order for all staff/volunteers/Instructors to be listed on the safe-certified site they must turn in their test via upload or email to safe-certified. All persons listed will have to pay for such material, testing, and certification. (School Owners/Managers are able to get a bundle discount). 

By using, signing up, subscribing, paying, etc.,: you agree to:

• Pay for services such as Training, testing and certification form NEMAC and safe-certified.

• Hold Harmless NEMAC, Safe-Certified, it's officers, owners and employees from any perceived damages brought about by using the services provided, any website outages, loss of data or any downtime as technical issue arise form time to time.

• Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.

• During any correspondence with NEMAC, Safe-Certified, it's owners, officers or employees: You must refrain from hate speech vulgar or distasteful language of any kind and be respectful to all other members.

• We reserve the right to disable user accounts for any violations and you could be put on a noncompliant list.

• Remember our first priority is to the Safety of Our Children. Anything else is secondary.
