- Subscribe form: when you subscribe, we receive your email address.
- Email: when you email us (for orders, training bookings, certification questions, or directory corrections), we receive your message and anything you attach, such as contracts and certifications.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to deliver the site securely.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, process orders and training bookings, and manage certification and accreditation.
- To maintain the public NEMAC directory, which lists facility names, locations, certification status, and certified staff as part of our verification mission.
- To send updates about specials, sales, and events to subscribers, who can unsubscribe at any time.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Payment for training, testing, and certification is handled by the payment processor you check out with, which processes your card details under its own privacy policy — we never see or store your card number.
The public directory
Certified facilities are listed publicly — name, location, certification status and date, and certified staff — as part of the verification service families rely on. Facility owners and staff who have questions about their listing, or believe a listing is inaccurate, can contact us at support@nemacouncil.com and we will review promptly.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, map tiles from OpenStreetMap, and is hosted by Netlify, whose form service processes our contact and subscribe submissions. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Children
Our services are directed at facility owners, staff, and parents — not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. Names of certified minor staff members appear in the directory only through their facility’s certification process, with the facility responsible for appropriate consent.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep for certification integrity or legal reasons) by emailing support@nemacouncil.com.
